Khoai tây mua về bạn gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn rồi ngâm với nước lạnh trong 30 phút để khoai tây thải ra được hết chất độc, sau đó bạn vớt ra để ráo. Dùng tay nặn hỗn hợp khoai tây thành những viên bánh tròn bằng nhau. Phô mai lát, bạn cắt nhỏ, cho vào giữa bánh, ấn xuống. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho bơ vào đun chảy, cho bánh vào chiên vàng 2 mặt.
