Khoai tây mua về bạn gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn rồi ngâm với nước lạnh trong 30 phút để khoai tây thải ra được hết chất độc, sau đó bạn vớt ra để ráo.
