Rửa sạch nấm đùi gà, rồi để ráo. Cắt nấm thành các lát mỏng khoảng 5mm. Chuẩn bị một cái chảo, làm nóng thật nóng chảo rồi cho nấm vào áp chảo đến khi nấm chín. Mình không cần dùng dầu ăn vì nấm sẽ ra nước, chính nước đó sẽ làm nấm chín.

Bây giờ chúng ta làm xốt các bạn nha. Cho các gia vị gồm : tương ớt, tương cà, đường, hạt nêm chay Knorr, và nước lạnh vào nấu tan gia vị thì tắt bếp.

Cho nấm đùi gà áp chảo ra dĩa, rưới thếm xốt chua ngọt lên trên là hoàn tất. Nấm đùi gà áp chảo vừa chín tới, hơi xém ở các cạnh nhưng mềm mại bên trong, kết hợp cùng xốt ăn kèm chua chua, ngọt ngọt cực kỳ ngon miệng.
