Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho thịt bò vào, xào nhanh khoảng 3 phút.

Tiếp theo, cho hành tây, giá đỗ vào, đảo đều khoảng 2 phút. Nêm gia vị 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu cho vừa ăn.
