Làm nóng chảo, cho dầu ăn và tỏi băm vào phi vàng rồi cho bao tử cá vào xào cho săn thì cho dầu hào,muối,hạt nêm vào đảo đều cho thấm, tiếp theo cho ớt chuông,hành tây,thơm vào xào thêm khoảng 5 phút. Hòa tan bột bắp với 2 muỗng canh nước lạnh rồi đổ vào chảo xào, đảo đều, nêm nếm lại cho hợp khẩu vị rồi tắt bếp.
Dọn món bao tử cá basa xào chua ngọt ra dĩa, trang trí cần tây lên trên rồi thưởng thức với cơm nóng thôi. Chúc các bạn thành công!
