Thịt ba chỉ rửa sạch, cắt miếng vừa ăn. Mắm ruốc cho ra chén trộn cùng 1 muỗng canh đường trắng, 3 muỗng canh nước lọc, khuấy đều.

Tỏi bóc vỏ, sả đập dập còn ớt rửa sạch. Sau đó, cắt nhỏ tỏi, ớt, sả cho ra đĩa.

Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho lần lượt tỏi, sả vào, đảo nhanh tay khoảng 3 phút.
